1974年（昭和49年）10月20日、千葉県生まれ。
千葉県八千代市出身。
大学卒業後、外資系自動車メーカーにて、長年にわたりリコール対応や法規制対応などのコンプライアンス業務に従事。海外文化と日本企業のルールの狭間で、調整業務や法令順守の徹底に尽力してきました。
Born on October 20, 1974, in Chiba Prefecture. Raised in Yachiyo City.
After graduating from university, I worked for a foreign-affiliated automotive manufacturer for many years, engaging in compliance operations such as recall responses and regulatory affairs. I have dedicated myself to coordination and strict adherence to laws and regulations, bridging the gap between overseas cultures and Japanese corporate rules.

企業時代に培った「厳格な法令管理」と「多文化への理解」を活かし、外国人材を採用したい企業様や、日本で夢を叶えたい外国人の方をサポートしたいという想いから、国際業務専門の行政書士事務所を開業。
特に、企業様に対しては「不法就労リスクのない適正な受入れ体制」の構築を支援いたします。
Utilizing the "strict legal management" and "cross-cultural understanding" cultivated during my corporate career, I opened an administrative scrivener office specializing in international services to support companies wishing to hire foreign talent and foreign nationals aiming to realize their dreams in Japan.
Specifically, I support companies in building an "appropriate acceptance system free from the risk of illegal employment."

単なる「ビザの取得」にとどまらず、採用後の労務コンプライアンス管理や、外国人社員様のご家族の呼び寄せ、将来の永住許可まで、長期的な視点で「安心」を提供するパートナーを目指しています。
My goal is to be a partner who provides "peace of mind" from a long-term perspective. This includes not only obtaining visas but also managing post-hiring labor compliance, bringing family members of foreign employees to Japan, and supporting future permanent residence applications.
