特定技能ビザとは？

What is a "Specified Skilled Worker" Visa?

従来の就労ビザでは難しかった「現場作業」や「サービス業務」に従事できる在留資格です。一定の技能と日本語能力を持つ外国人が対象となり、通算で最大5年間日本で働くことができます。

This status allows foreign nationals to engage in "field work" and "service duties," which was difficult with traditional work visas. It is for foreign nationals with specific skills and Japanese language ability, allowing them to work in Japan for up to 5 years.

許可を取るための「3つの重要要件」

3 Key Requirements for Approval

特定技能ビザを取得するためには、本人と受入れ企業（特定技能所属機関）の双方が厳しい要件を満たす必要があります。

To obtain a Specified Skilled Worker visa, both the applicant and the accepting company (Host Organization) must meet strict requirements.

1. 技能試験・日本語試験の合格 (Passing Exams)

各分野の「技能評価試験」と「日本語能力試験（N4以上）」に合格している必要があります。※技能実習2号を良好に修了した方は、これらの試験が免除されます。

Applicants must pass the "Skill Evaluation Test" and "Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N4 or higher)." *Those who have completed Technical Intern Training (ii) are exempt from these exams.

2. 支援体制の構築 (Support System)

受入れ企業は、外国人に対して「生活オリエンテーション」や「住居の確保」「公的手続きの補助」などの支援を行うことが義務付けられています。

The accepting company is obligated to provide support such as "life orientation," "securing housing," and "assistance with public procedures."

3. 直接雇用と日本人同等の処遇 (Direct Employment)

原則として受入れ企業との「直接雇用」契約が必要です（派遣は農業・漁業の一部のみ）。また、日本人と同等以上の給与水準であることが必須です。

In principle, a "direct employment" contract is required. Also, the salary must be equal to or higher than that of a Japanese employee.
