What is a "Business Manager" Visa?

日本で貿易やその他の事業の経営を行い、またはその管理に従事するための在留資格です。実質的な「社長ビザ」であり、就労ビザの中では最も取得難易度が高いもののひとつです。

This is a status of residence for managing or administering trade or other businesses in Japan. It is essentially a "President's Visa" and is one of the most difficult working visas to obtain.

許可を取るための「3つの絶対条件」

3 Absolute Requirements

単に会社を作るだけではビザは下りません。入管法が定める厳しい基準（事業の安定性・継続性）をクリアする必要があります。

Simply establishing a company does not guarantee a visa. You must clear the strict standards (stability and continuity of business) set by the Immigration Control Act.

1. 資本金500万円以上の投資 (Capital of 5 Million JPY)

事業の規模として、最低でも500万円以上の出資（資本金）が必要です。これは会社の信用力を担保し、日本で安定して事業を継続できることを証明するための最低ラインです。

An investment (capital) of at least 5 million yen is required. This is the minimum line to guarantee the company's credibility and prove that the business can be continued stably in Japan.

2. 独立した事業所の確保 (Physical Office)

自宅兼事務所やバーチャルオフィスは原則として認められません。パソコンとデスクがあり、看板が出せる「独立したオフィス」または「店舗・作業場」の賃貸借契約が必要です。

Home offices and virtual offices are generally not accepted. A lease agreement for an "independent office" or "store/workshop" with a desk, PC, and signage is required.

3. 実現可能な事業計画 (Realistic Business Plan)

「何を売って、どれくらい利益が出るか」を数字で示した具体的な事業計画書が必要です。単なるアイディアだけでは不許可になります。

A concrete business plan showing "what you sell and how much profit you make" with numbers is required. Mere ideas will result in rejection.
